Prior to every reading, I set an intention that the information I receive for you is for your highest good, and I set up a boundary that nothing can come through other than that. One way to think of the messages you receive are to imagine what it would feel like if you received communication from a loving source that only wants the best for you, like a loving parent or friend. The messages I channel and information I get from the tarot cards are like this, and are here to support you in positive and comforting ways.

How do readings work? Do I ask questions, or will you guide the reading for me? Some people have concerns about particular situations in their life, so they ask specific questions. When this is the case, I pull cards and channel messages to get as much detailed information as possible about their questions. Other times, people ask me to do their reading without a specific question to see what information comes through without any prompting. CONTRAST THERAPY

Here's what to expect when you try contrast therapy:
Breathwork for 15 minutes
Ice bath for 3 minutes
Sauna for 15-20 minutes
Ice bath for 3 minutes
Sauna for 15-20 minutes.  

Start with breathwork: loosening the diaphragm and did breathing exercises. This would keep us calm in the ice bath. Then the ice bath for 3 minutes. The step into the sauna for about 15. 
Then repeat the ice plunge & sauna again.

Cacao has been used for centuries as a way to connect deeper with Mother Earth and our Heart Chakra. It is a soft and powerful way to sit in ceremony, where we feel profoundly grounded and open to receive the guidance, clarity, and healing we are seeking.

Bodyworkers are incredible, but we can only do so much. Learn how you can take charge of your muscular, fascial, and skeletal health and become your best therapist. Expect to practice a combination of modalities including strength & mobility exercises, stretching, and myofascial release with therapy balls to help improve posture, reduce pain, and build awareness within your unique and always changing body. We will work to educate the tissues to create more longevity between bodywork sessions, and ultimately find freedom of movement for life.

Our Health and Wellness Book is focusing on Mental Health and Intimacy.  Join us (even if you don't finish the book!). This book club will be led my Molly Eames.  

Molly Eames, MEd believes talking about sex will change the world. She brings over a decade of experience working in sexual health as a trained sex therapist, educator, author and coach. Molly empowers women to start exploring their sexual self through a trauma-informed lens by offering a blend of comprehensive sexuality education and heart-centered soul work. Having studied many modalities (Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Somatics, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally-Focused Therapy) and explored holistic alternatives (Breathwork, Reiki II + Energy Work, Psychedelic Therapy, Somatic Movement, Sacred Sexuality), Molly offers clients a wide range of techniques to support their path to Wholeness.
