Rather than acting from the story of our anger or directing it outward, we’ll explore what happens when we allow the energy underneath it to rise, move through us, and be witnessed — without judgment or attachment.

Because anger can hold information.
It can point us toward boundaries, unmet needs, old wounds, and places where we’ve abandoned ourselves.

When we create space to feel it safely, we may discover that beneath the anger is something else entirely: clarity, wisdom, grief, power, or a deeper understanding of ourselves.
