Ceremonial Cacao has been used for centuries as a ceremonial way to help open the Heart and connect us deeper into our awareness and alignment.

Hear me Roehr and Zen Jen invite you to join in their Monthly Cacao Ceremony. This ceremony will revolve around the energy of Spring Equinox.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a ceremonial cacao drink. As you sit and relax you will be guided into a meditative state while you receive individual and group energy healing from Ksandra of Hear Me Roehr as well as individual healing and bodywork from Jenny of ZenJen, and you will also experience a sound bath.

PLEASE BRING:

- yoga mat and/or bolster and blanket (anything you want to make the experience comfortable)

- recommend wearing comfortable clothing

- feel free to bring something to place at the alter you would like blessed (you will take it back)

- bring a journal if inspired to
