Breathwork and energy Healing
Breathwork and energy healing are evidence-informed, mind–body practices designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and overall physiological balance. Breathwork utilizes structured, conscious breathing techniques to influence the autonomic nervous system, helping shift the body from a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) response into a parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) state. This process can improve emotional regulation, increase oxygen efficiency, and reduce symptoms related to chronic stress and anxiety.
Energy healing works alongside these physiological processes by addressing subtle biofield imbalances that may contribute to physical tension, emotional dysregulation, or fatigue. Through gentle, non-invasive techniques, sessions aim to promote relaxation, enhance mind–body awareness, and support the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation and healing.
Together, these modalities are often used as complementary wellness practices to support stress management, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

She is a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master and offers Conscious Connected Breath through Seven Directions Breathwork.
Lindsey Richardson weaves intuitive energy work into her massage practice, supporting both the physical and emotional body. She is certified in Emotion Code, Reiki Levels I & II, and Stress Management Coaching.
