Amy Blanche, LMT
Amy Blanche has been a licensed massage therapist since 2018, graduating from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, Missouri, with over 600 hours of hands-on training. Her background includes Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, myofascial release, sports massage, Thai massage, and Energy Medicine. At the core of her practice is intuitive bodywork—listening deeply with her hands, heart, and spirit to create a nurturing, grounded space where the body can unwind and restore.
Amy has also been studying and implementing herbalism within her massage practice, working closely with Mother Earth to create her own herbal products and herbal teas. This earth-centered approach enhances her sessions, offering holistic support that honors the body’s natural rhythms and healing wisdom.
Motherhood has been her greatest initiation and gift, with her son standing as her greatest creation. Becoming a mother has profoundly shaped her life and her work, gently guiding her toward prenatal and postpartum intuitive bodywork. She is devoted to holding space for mothers through this sacred, vulnerable, and deeply transformative season, offering care that is both grounding and soul-nourishing.
New Service-Intra-Oral Full Body Reset
What Is Intraoral Massage?
Intraoral massage involves gentle, skilled work inside the mouth to access muscles that cannot be reached externally. By working directly with the muscles of the jaw, cheeks, and surrounding structures, this technique can create profound shifts in both physical and emotional tension patterns.
This modality is especially supportive for those experiencing:
TMJ dysfunction and jaw pain
Chronic neck and shoulder tension
Headaches and migraines
Teeth grinding or clenching
Sinus pressure and facial tightness
Sleep disturbances, including symptoms associated with Sleep Apnea
By releasing tension in the jaw, tongue, and surrounding structures, intraoral work can help create more space in the airway, supporting easier, more natural breathing—especially during sleep.
The Power of Myofascial Full Body Reset
The body stores tension in layers—physical, neurological, and emotional. Myofascial work focuses on releasing restrictions within the fascia, the connective tissue that weaves through every muscle and organ.
A full body reset session works systematically to:
Release long-held tension patterns
Improve mobility and alignment
Support nervous system regulation
Enhance circulation and lymphatic flow
Restore a sense of ease and embodiment
When combined with intraoral work, the results can be even more profound. The jaw is deeply connected to the pelvis, diaphragm, and nervous system—so releasing tension here often creates a ripple effect throughout the entire body.
Deep, Intentional Work
This work is slow, precise, and highly attuned. Rather than forcing change, it invites the body to unwind naturally.
You may experience:
A sense of deep release and softening
Increased awareness of habitual tension patterns
Improved breath and nervous system regulation
Greater connection to your body
Each session is guided by what your body is ready to release, making every experience unique.
Emotional Release & Integration
Because the jaw and fascial system often hold unprocessed stress and emotions, it is not uncommon for emotional release to arise during or after a session.
This might look like:
Tears or a sense of emotional clearing
Memories surfacing
A deep sense of relief or lightness
All responses are welcomed and held in a safe, supportive space. The body has its own wisdom—and when given the opportunity, it knows how to release what it no longer needs.
