I am a proud 2005 graduate of The Healing Arts Center, specializing in Therapeutic Massage and Reiki Healing. With a compassionate and nurturing presence, I strive to provide a safe and peaceful space where my clients can find relief, connection to breath and body and hopefully release what no longer serves them. I believe that true healing begins when we feel supported, seen, and present in our bodies. Through mindful touch and a calming presence, I strive to help clients deepen their connection to their breath and body, release tension and patterns that no longer serve them, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Depending on your individual needs and goals, I can integrate a variety of Massage techniques, Energy Work, and Sound Therapy to create an immersive healing experience, bringing about a shift into deep relaxation, balance and re-connection to self.

In my downtime I enjoy walking my dog Pippin, gardening, Yoga/Meditation and spending precious moments with my grandchildren!

60 Minute Massage-$105

90 minute massage- $150

2 hour Massage- $190
