Jaci Granger, LMT
With over a decade of dance training, I developed a deep appreciation for movement, alignment, and the ways our bodies communicate with us. This foundation naturally led me to massage therapy where I specialize in holistic health, functional movement patterns, and structural integration.
I attended St. Louis Med Tech and am trained in Swedish massage, trigger point, myofascial release, and connective tissue massage. I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to each session, helping clients better understand their movement patterns and to get to the root of tension and restriction.
My passion is helping people feel more at home in their bodies. Through intentional therapeutic touch and a movement-focused approach, I strive to help relieve stress, restore balance, and create space for the body to move more freely and with greater ease. I believe that when we become more connected to our bodies we can experience the world around us with a greater awareness, which in turn can open life up to more opportunities.
Outside of massage therapy I enjoy connecting to music through dance or playing bass guitar, baking, and spending time in nature. These things keep me grounded and remind me to stay curious and present. Iām grateful to be in this field so that I can support each client towards feeling more comfortable and confident in their healing journey.
