Wellness Coach

Jessica Idleman, BCHN™, NTP

“My education in nutrition began when I truly needed someone to guide my health and could find no one. I struggled with far-reaching symptoms of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and had to figure this out on my own. There is a lot more information about PCOS today, but at that time I couldn’t find anyone to help me understand what was happening in my body.

In the beginning, it was maddening. Instead of awareness and education, I was offered drugs to treat symptoms and endless amounts of conflicting information. I knew the answers were out there and I knew these answers were hiding in plain sight. I had to take matters into my own hands.

This motivated me to go back to school to learn about nutrition. I go beyond nutrition and yet it is still the foundation of my work.

Beyond nutrition means the conversation starts with food while I guide you toward so much more. With certifications and trainings in meditation, mindfulness techniques, gut health, nervous system repair, herbs, supplements, and food therapy”
