Shamanic Healing Session:

This session involves a guided meditation and energy movement that helps you connect Universal Energy and your Inner Wisdom to gain the clarity, guidance, and healing you are seeking. During your session, I hold sacred space to help you push through any blocks and clear your energetic space as needed. Sessions are 1.5 hours long and can be done in person or via Zoom. If in person, a healing touch can be incorporated.

Shamanic Tantric Session:

This session focuses on understanding the basics of Tantra and kundalini activation to initiate your practice of Tantra. The session entails bodywork and energy healing. It involves a combination of body awareness, breathwork, talking, and silence. Music, singing bowls, sage, and other Shamanic tools are used

Intuitive Coaching Session:

This session involves an opportunity for you to connect with your Inner Wisdom to receive the guidance, clarity, and healing you are seeking in any and all areas of your life. This session involves setting an intention and then going into a guided meditation to feel fully connected to Universal energies and your Inner Wisdom. Sessions are done via Zoom and are 1 hour long.
